History

Established in 1980.

The veterinary surgery has been here for many years although under a few different names. I, Dave Hodgskin, have been here for about 15 years and recently changed its name from CJHall Vets to Acton Lane Vets when I took the practice over completely (3 years ago).

Hi there, I qualified as a Vet in 1994 from Bristol University. Since then I have worked in several places in the UK and Australia and have concentrated on domestic pets for the last 18 years. Having returned to the UK some time ago I started working at this practice as the manager 15 years ago. I took the business side of things on in 2001 and completely took the business over 3 years ago.

We aim to provide high quality but friendly veterinary care and have established a very good reputation as first opinion local surgery — we aim to look after your pets as if they were our own
