Stunning looking store as all Swarovski stores are — I love Swarovski and for this reason decided to buy a charm bracelet with the romantic idea of marking special occasions — I’d hold special memories in a charm and gradually build an impressive collection of momentos to wear and remind me of good times ! So I now own several charms, mostly enhanced with tiny crystals, I love my bracelet, take good care of it and only wear it on special occasions then store it safely away, so to my horror I discover some of my precious charms have lost some of their crystals, the perfect bracelet to resemble perfect times is now less than perfect to the point I stop wearing it — I make the decision to speak to Swarovski. My husband was told the charms are«dress» jewellery and the crystals would fall out due to the charms knocking against eachother /other items — he explained how careful I am with my bracelet, eventually Swarovski agree to take the bracelet and send it to their workshop for their opinion. The workshop kindly replace the missing stones in the charms they consider faulty, however they don’t fix them all ! The bracelet is returned, faults fixed FOC but we’re told it won’t be fixed again FOC. So my bracelet is almost back to its former glory but I refuse to wear it now as I don’t want any more damage, on special occasions I don’t ask for more charms, whats the point of receiving a gift only to place it in a draw. Also some crystals I considered missing were actually just«dirty» caused by wearing products such as hand cream, perfume etc ! I would personally not recommend purchasing Swarovski charms that are made up of tiny crystals as they are extremely delicate and look cheap when the crystals fall out /get slightly«dirty». I do thank Swarovski for fixing the problem, relatively fuss free and I would return to the shop and purchase from them again but avoid anything that was made up of lots of crystals as they do have a tendancy to fall out no matter how careful you are which is a huge shame. As charms do have a tendancy to knock into eachother and other stuff when being worn I would consider they aren’t built for their purpose and Swarovski should reconsider their design — then you’ll get a 5 Star Review guys !
