Once the king of thick and fluffy, deep pan pizzas, Pizza Hut have recently branched out into more fashionable, thin crust pizzas. Based on authentic Italian recipes, their Tuscani range includes ten crisp and crunchy pizzas with a tasty selection of flavours from BBQ chicken and bacon to king prawns, chilli peppers, proscuitto, goats cheese and rocket. Prices are slightly cheaper than Pizza Express and youngsters can order Smiley Face versions with cherry tomato eyes, mushroom nose and green pepper smile. As I found out recently, there’s just one wee problem when you order one of these beauties — every other diner looks at you in bewilderment as they tuck into their stuffed crusts. To add insult to injury, they’re usually still eating their dough monsters long after you’ve had the last nibble of Tuscani.(:

Have ate here many times and have never had a problem. Food is always good, but on the odd occasion I have ate from the buffet it does take a while to be refilled and then it’s all gone so quick! As so many people are waiting for it!

Well, it’s pizza hut so you know what to expect from the food! Tasty pizzas, lots of choice. The Aintree branch is always super busy, at least in the evenings. Friday nights are almost unbearable, I wouldn’t bother going if you haven’t booked a table! The staff do their best, but the entrance and waiting area are very crowded. Not the most relaxing place to eat, it’s generally packed out with kids, either groups of kids, or families with young kids, and nearly always a kids party taking place! Service can be slow, and quite annoying when you are finally shown to your table, but can’t order straight away, you have to wait for a different person to come and take your order. As I said though, the staff do seem to try their best, and no complaints as far as the food is concerned!
