Welcome to Beta Property

At Beta Property, we have been offering professional property management for almost fifteen years. Our services are simply designed to help our valued clients get the most out of a property investment. Our highly popular Property Investment Service is designed to help our clients make the very best property investments every time, whilst our Project Management service allows them to add value and develop with confidence. Offering more than just quality property management, we can help you maximise your property investment. Management is one of our core activities, and we have successfully been managing properties in the region for many years. We manage individual Buy-​To-​Let properties, as well as large portfolios of wide ranging property types. History

Established in 2000.

Beta Property was founded by a professional landlord, David Cooper, in 2000. Over the past 15 years, the company — formerly known as Gateway Property Management — has evolved into Beta Property.

We have never been an Estate Agent, specialising only in managing our clients’ properties to the highest possible standards. In order to supplement our clients’ needs, however, we have increased our service offerings to include also an Investment Service and a comprehensive Project Management service.

We are still run by David Cooper, who was joined in the management by his son, Sam Cooper, upon completion of his Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Liverpool. Ably supported by a highly capable team of staff, and backed up by a wide range of tried and trusted contractors, the team at Beta Property is able to take on any scale of project or portfolio whilst still remaining the approachability and excellent customer service offered by our family run business.

Business Owner

I am a Partner in Beta Property, a successful and growing business serving Liverpool, the Wirral and Chester. We offer Property Management, Block Management, an Investment Service as well as a Development/​Project Management service.

I am a keen golfer, as a member of the Royal Liverpool Golf Club and Former President of the Liverpool University Golf Society. I play and perform Piano and am currently enjoying learning French and Spanish.
