Roundhay Parochial Hall

Although in crazy colours, Roundhay Parochial Hall has a lot to offer the community.
There is a snooker club upstairs, a fitness room downstairs that there is a pilates class in on a wednesday (I only popped my head in and it looked quite a nice room) and the main large hall that we play Badminton in on a Wednesday, hence why I know about the pilates! I know that my mum did a chinese brush painting course here, so i think there are a lot of courses that go on during the week. The problem appears to be that there is no central point to find out about the many varied classes that are on here, as they don’t have a website. there is a notice board that is filled with pieces of paper showing what is on though :-/​
I’ll try to write them all down as places like this are fantastic and a great way to support local people sticking their necks out to run classes or organise free badminton or have a club of some sort.
