I am a highly qualified Personal Trainer who is accredited by the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS). My accreditation with REPS at Level 3 means that I am committed to a programme of continued professional development ensuring that the service I provide is constantly up to date and always of the highest standard.

I am also a Nutritionist in Weight Management, accredited by the Fitness Training Company. Training and Nutrition go hand in hand. Whether your goal is to improve muscle mass? or lose body fat? high quality training and nutrition is essential. I can give YOU that!

I have a BSc (Hons) Sports Coaching degree from the University of the West of England. This course allowed me to develop specialist knowledge and skills in Sports Conditioning, Sports Psychology, Sports Massage, Sports Science, and Sports Coaching. I have a great depth of knowledge in the field of physical fitness and the human body, and now I can pass this knowledge on to YOU.
