History

Established in 2011.

Proprietor; Helen Jones has been baking for many years and passionately creates all products offered from Simply Moorish with the cooking skills and knowledge of traditional cooking methods developed from hours of baking with her Cornish Grandmother as a little girl and from taking holidays to Benevento in the south of Italy where her other Grandmother originated and watching local producers work with their natural larder to make the most thought provoking, memorable culinary delights. From this diverse range of influences Helens versatile palette and knowledge of traditional cooking methods Simply Moorish has been created.
