Vue Cinemas

The Vue at Harrow has seen better days. I’ve been coming here ever since it was a Warner Village Cinema, so I’m quite used to what it should be like.
On this trip, to see a film where the tickets cost more than £10 a person, I noticed two different things. One: you can now get toppings on your hot dog. Two: there are so many seats torn up in screen 8 that we had trouble finding two together that were intact.
I’ve never been to a screen anywhere in such a sorry state of repair — the screen shouldn’t have been open to the public in that state. It begs the question just how long it has been since those seats were upholstered. A dreadful and expensive mess.

Not a great cinema, not a bad cinema. Obviously as it’s a Vue, you know what to expect with the concessions, prices, and services. It’s easy to get to on public transport and there are a variety of chain restaurants nearby to grab a quick bite.
This branch is starting to be in need of a refit. We sat off to the side today and the screen was really hard to see on the far side — it was too dark. We haven’t had this in the new Cineworld we go to often at Wembley. The seats aren’t that big and the rows don’t allow for a lot of leg room, unless you upgrade to the premium seats.
Unless it’s a movie you really want to see and it’s only showing here, I wouldn’t bother making a trip out to Harrow to go.

Normal Vue Cinema, nothing special, was ok, wouldn’t choose this as first preference but was ok

Harrow VUE cinema is in the town center in St Georges shopping center.
The cinema is on the top floor with a number of restaurants surrounding it.
Its a 9 screen cinema.
Watching a film here is comfortable, but could be better, sometimes the air-​con can be toooo strong. The sound is also very good as well.
The food and drink in cinema as you know is a bit expensive, but i like their popcorn, coz its tastes how it should be and i love their super sized coke.
I’ve watched a numerous of blockbuster this year here, but I was really impressed when they showed the Olympics here for free, although at times it did cut out a few time and we had to wait for it to load.
After experiencing the beauty of Westfields Stratford VUE, Harrow VUE needs to fix up Big Time! in terms of décor, plus their toilets are urh!
The transport to get to the cinema is well equipped with the train and bus station very near plus the shopping center car park.
I go here because I have to but, if I had a choice then it will be a different story.

What a horrible cinema experience i just had. went to see Titanic 3D paying extra for VIP seats. Spent nearly 3 hours shivering with the cold, unable to get comfortable and wanting it to end. While I understand the 15 in the cinema didn’t justify a huge heating bill I don’t expect to be shivering and aching either! wont be going back-​no wonder the cinema is dying. What happened the days of cosy seats and ice creams in the intermission? I’m sticking with the smaller cinemas from now on.

A good sized cinema in the heart of Harrow town center. The cinema has about a dozen screens raging in sizes with both mainstream films and occasionally Bollywood movies. Downsides to Harrow Vue is that at times it can be too packed with teenagers who’d rather annoy rather than enjoy the film and can at times be irritating. Other than that, the prices are around £5−6.50 for a ticket and because it is in the St. Ann’s shopping center, there are a few restaurants around if one would like to eat as well as some high street shops.
Parking isn’t an issue as the shopping center has its own parking lot.

Growing up near Harrow as I did, you didn’t really go to the movies to actually watch a movie (unless it was an 18 certificate and you wanted to blag entrance!) You came here essentially to smoke a blunt, look cool and wear a ridiculously short skirt.

Another jewel in Harrow’s crown. Based in the St George’s centre I believe you get your parking fee back when you visit the cinema. A reasoably sized Vue on the restaurant floor — Ask, McDonalds are there so you can meet up before/​after for a bite to eat. As it is in the shopping centre you can also visit the shops whilst you’re there! Snacks and drinks as always hideously over priced.

Vue Cinema in Harrow is in the perfect location. It is in the same building as the Multi story car park and so is very easy to find. They offer a really good range of films each week and have the option of booking tickets on line and then buying at a machine so there is no need to queue. The Saturday morning Kids Club is ideal for wet weekends. It costs a little over £1.75 for each child and and accompanying adult is free. When you leave they cinema you can hand over your parking disc and they will trade it for one where you don’t have to pay. Sweets are very expensive in the foyer but Woolworth is just a short step away and offers a huge variety of cheap treats.

Great cinema, always has the latest films, and screens and premises are kept clean.
You can get free parking at the shopping centre if you are watching a film, jsut get the token validated, which makes it quite handy to use. Also great relaxation after a hards days shopping. lol
Is right in the middle of the shopping centre, so can go to the shops whilst waiting for your film to start, also lots of bars and resturants nearby so can have a meal and watch a film.perfect.

Usually has all the newest films but they change very quickly. As its in the shopping centre its nice to have a browse if your a bit early or waiting for someone. Also near woolworths so if you dont fancy paying for cinema sweets!!!
