Stylish, welcoming pub on the edge of the city centre.
This is a relatively large, stylish, welcoming pub, located a short walk from the city centre. Fair selection of lagers and ales. Friendly staff. Large seating area.
Went there for drinks after arrival on a 1-​day visit plus evening concert in Harrogate in September 2014.

I really like the Alexandra — it is a little out of town but is a good place to go watch sport.
We went here back in September as we were staying in the hotel next door, it happen to be a quiz night and we had a good laugh.
The staff are friendly and there is plenty of seating area’s. If your hungry they also do good pub grub at reasonable prices. I had the chicken pie and chips which was really nice and only about £7.
Well worth a visit.
