Rosie & Dolly

I love this shop, it is crammed high with loads of different things that would make great presents for both Men and Women. It is definately the best place to go if you are looking for an evening bag or something to liven up and outfit. Prices are also great.

Rosie and Dolly is a fantastic shop crammed full of beautiful gifts, jewellery, fashions (take a look at their beautiful scarves and leather gloves). I recently bought 2 gorgeous tall lamps complete with shades for £25 each — an absloute bargain that everyone comments on. So lovely to find something that is different and the the staff are so friendly as well.

It’s really easy to miss Rosie&Dolly, because there’s no sign yet, despite the shop having been open a couple of months. Actually, there is a sign but it’s for the florists which used to be there many years ago.
Rosi&Dolly is full of colourful fabric goods, most of which seem to be Fairtade. The shop has a lovely feel and look to it, some retro and some ethnic and some contemporary soft furnishings and fixtures.
There’s also a good selection of gifts, tasteful cards and some jewellery.
The owner is friendly and enthusiastic, and has a good knoweledge of her products’ origins. Prices are also quite reasonable. It’s only 100 metres from the big Tescos in Ely, and well worth the short walk accross the car park if you’re looking for a present which isn’t manufactured in their millions.
