I have only dealt with Lisnasure over the phone, but boy was I impressed? Oh yeah! So we were getting a new kitchen.(2 weeks of living on McDonalds and washing dishes in the bath. Dear God, never again.) Anyway we were getting a new kitchen and I had my little old heart set on a big black American style fridge freezer and someone told me to phone these guys and check their prices. Being a cunning little devil and having overspent on the kitchen itself, I did my homework first and checked out the prices online. The best deal I could find was £749 from M&S. So I duly phoned Kathleen, the manager of the electrics department and she quoted me £899 for the same model!!! Having picked myself back up off the floor, I said thanks but no thanks. But Kathleen wasn’t losing a sale. She was like a dog with a bone and thanks god for her. We bargained back and forth for a while and she pointed out that I would have to pay a delivery charge and that she could do the same fridge freezer for £799 including free delivery and an extra year on the warranty! Big respect to Kathleen. Happy bunnies on both sides of the deal. She then agreed to keep the fridge in storage until the new kitchen was finished. Fabulous. So delivery day came and the two delivery drivers were the friendliest and most pleasant I have ever come across. I almost barfed on the spot when they said the fridge was too big to come through the door. I’m sorry, what now? I immediately had visions of popping out to the front garden to refill my glass of wine or get the steaks for tea. I thought they were going to take the jobs worth approach and shrug their shoulders disinterestedly. Not these guys. They spent a sweaty 45 minutes taking the doors off the fridge, taking it inside and then putting the doors back on again. A fantastic customer experience. Now what else can I haggle with Kathleen over?
