Went for a birthday meal here. Must say the starters 8 were awesome, tangy, zesty, and tasty. We ordered the Turkish sausages and my wife had the vegi borak. For mains we had moussaka. I had the lamb and my wife had vegi. It was a letter down, there was hardly no meat in mine and some of the vegi moussaka was burnt. Let down. The service and enviroment was really good we told the manager the concerns and he dealt with it well. I will go again but not for the moussaka. The menu has many lamb dishes and with rice. Plus the meat was halal. Always helps for major meat-eaters

I’ve been here about 4 times. There is an excellent range of cold and hot starters including taster plates. I’m a big fan of the veggie vine leaves and the cacik-yoghurt mint garlic yum. Main courses very meaty, though also a good range of fish served with tasty roasted veg and potatoes all well cooked. Well stocked cabinet of homemade desserts which I haven’t tried yet… maybe Next time!

This is my second visit here, and both times suitably impressed. It’s realm one for the meat eaters — particularly, as you might guess, lamb. Although there are some nice dishes for vegetarians the usual restricted choice prevails. However, as a meat eater. The choice is great :) The have an amazing selection of starters — and I can thoroughly recommend any of the kebabs or the lamb stuffed vine leaves. The mains are nicely presented and tasty with just the right amount of food. I like the fresh salad with a small portion of rice that tends to go along with whatever your choice of main might be. This time, it was the mixed grill — and it was very good. I am knocking off a single star, although it seems a bit mean, because the lamb chop in the grill was a little chewy. I should point out that the rest was very tender. Worth a visit.
