EESPro Employment Service exists to assist and enable people who have experienced substance & alcohol misuse to access employment, education and training opportunities in order to enhance rehabilitation and reduce social exclusion.

The service also assists Prolific and Priority Offenders (PPO).

History

EESpro has been established for almost 15 years offering employment support in Birmingham placing hundreds of service users into employment and training over the years

I have been working for Turning Point since 2003, I started on a project called progress2work in Dudley, this was a DWP contract to assist former drug users into training and employment.

In 2011 I relocated to EESpro and have continued the work of enabling our service users acheive successes into training and employment. This is acheived by investing in staff development and effective team building. The service also has strong relationships across all our referral partners and commisioners across the city.

We are proud of the acheivements so far including offering in-​house training at the Custard Factory for service users. We are also continually engaging with hundreds of local employers on a regular basis.

We have a strong service user involvement and a quarterly magazine called EES-​Up. We pride ourselves on our delivery of a high quality person centred service and regularly receive postitive feedback from our serice users the highest across all of Turning Points services.
