Hair Salon By Regis

I walked in last Friday to see if I could nab a sneaky wash and blow dry for the weekend. And luckily they had a free appointment in ten minutes time. Score, I thought. I took a seat to wait until then. And I waited. And I waited. And I waited. 40 mins later the stylist I was booked in for was free.
In fairness he apologised and was very nice+chatty. He also gave me an excellent styling, exactly want I wanted.
But I was a bit miffed at the management here for booking me in for a stylist that was clearly going to be 30 minutes late for the time they booked me for. But what really peed me off was there was two other stylists who became free while I was waiting. Knowing I was going to be delayed 30 mins for the appointment they gave me, it would have been a good idea to either get one of the free stylists to take my appointment or at least start on washing my hair while my stylist was finishing with his client.
I left impressed with the blow dry, but very baffled by the inept management.
