Whinstone has every type of light you’ll need. I was in to get a few basic light bulbs for table lamps, but this place has everything. They do a good range of outdoor lighting as well, which could really make a difference to the exterior of your house or driveway (if you have one), especially on those cold dark winter nights.
Outdoor fittings, indoor fittings, bulbs for every household appliance… they’re all here in their showroom. Friendly staff can even make helpful suggestions when you’re not quite sure what you’re looking for. I was enquiring about decorative lights for a living room (which I wouldn’t be seriously considering getting for about a year) and they were happy to advise me on what sort of fittings are best suited to different types of rooms. Exactly what you need when you’re someone who has no real clue about internal décor.
