St Kevin’s Hall

I’ve performed here in shows a couple of times, and the people who organize and run St. Kevin’s are always really helpful and obliging. They are accommodating and will get you whatever you require. The acoustics aren’t bad, I think it is better used for a play than for a musical performance, and I know its used, due to it being a parish hall, for local events and clubs and groups, such as Bingo and Slimming World. There is good parking which is quite secure, and that’s important it that part of the town. All in all, it’s a good venue to hire for an event or performance. The only downside is that it can be a bit dry or even dusty (due to it being a big hall with a wooden floor) and it can affect your sinuses — well, it did for mine, anyway!
