Took the kids to the movies. £28 for the tickets. Why on earth is it so expensive? Possibly cos there were 10 staff and four, yes four customers in the entire cinema of 10 screens. Maybe if they charged less more people would go? Just a thought.

This is an old warner village cinema. Rebranded to odeon. Its one of two cinemas in basinstoke, and unless i have no choice i avoid this one. Good points: SOME large screens others are small FREE parking in the large ample car park Slightly cheaper than the other VUE cinema Bad Points: Some screens are very small The slopes arnt steep enough to clearly see over the person infront of you. Usually understaffed and long ques to get anything apart from a cinema ticket. seats are too small in the smaller screens the leg room isnt large enough.

compared to vue in festival place the cinema is really just ok i find the seats a bit small and cramped but they show a wide range of films and you can park for free in the lesuire car park, food and drinks are expensive here but you get that with cinemas. i dont like it here because if i have a tall person sit in front of me i cant see well unlike at vue. saying that it is set in a good location next to the bowling alley and ice rink and pool and they also have a few fast food outlets nearby so ideal if you want to have a bite to eat then watch a film its ideal, overal an ok cinema but i think it needs to modernise

Not a bad cinema, and convenient if you live nearby or can get to the Leisure Park easily, but it’s nothing like as good as the Vue in the town centre. Seats are more cramped, screens are smaller, the auditoriums don’t slope as much so you can’t see if someone tall sits in front of you, and all in all it’s just not as good. Still, it has a good number of screens and therefore a good selection of films, and the refreshments area seems pretty well stocked and well staffed(though very expensive) Handy if you’re in the area, otherwise go to Festival Place.

The staff here in the cinema are really helpful and friendly. The atmosphere and layout of the cinema is nice and pleasant. The screens are quite big with nice comfortable seating area. A great place if you want to watch a film in Basingstoke.

Loads of free parking as the cinema is located on a lesuire complex. Staff are really friendly and helpful, no long waits at the ticket office. Ben and Jerrys counter –what more can is say — hoorah! The cinema itself has really comfy seats with lots of legroom(helpful if you’re tall like me!) so even when sitting through a rather long film you can sit in comfort. Big thumbs up!
