History

Established in 2003.

Northern Ireland’s leading Hog Roast Company, with over 7 years experience. The Straid Hog Roast Company were featured on the UTV’s «Fabulous Food Adventure» with Jenny Bristow & Barry McGuigan.

The company Specializes in Hog and Spit Roasts, and the Hire of Hog Roast Machines for Weddings, parties, sports clubs etc.

Business Owner

The Straid Hog Roast Company is run by husband and wife team Scott & Rebecca Edmondson.

Scott is a native of Ballymena with a strong interest in the rearing and production of the pigs and lambs for the Hog Roast business. Scott is also tasked with the cooking and carving of the meats when at a catered function.

Rebecca is a former city chick who has gradually succumbed to the rural life of Northern Ireland. Becky is the engine room of the Straid Hog Roast Company
