I have been there with a friend after resign all the good reviews. It took a while to find that place as the map in Unilocal is not correct. It is in the other side of the street if you are in front of Sedef restaurant. We had an eggplant salat, which was ok but not the best(for us) and 2 of 3 kinds of böreggi(all without meat). Those were delicious. As desert we had lemon and sugar gözleme, which was my highlight of that dinner.

Excellent food, amazing host and wonderful ambience. The owner Rafiq speaks excellent English and is a wonderful host! Ice cream boy, the son, the chef(he’s deaf) are all amazing. Great vibe! Loved the food — sac tava and nazar are excellent! Kofte was soft and juicy!

Expertly crafted Turk food. It doesn’t look like much from the curb, but this is a must stop if you want to take in some superbly prepared Turkish cuisine at bargain prices. You can sit at the outside tables across the narrow street alongside the creek. This restaurant is highly ranked on a different site and upon first sitting down I suspected we were at the wrong place. But once the food was served the justification for the many high accolades became evident.

One of the better meals in Goreme, where admittedly the sea of tourists never stops. I had the kofte plate for 17 lira, which comes with four meatballs on a bed of rice soaking in meat juices. Decent even if portions are smaller than ideal. A full basket of three small loaves of bread keep your carb meter up, while the sides of fries and salad provide some variety. Sit outside on a nice day and watch the ice cream guy do his thing. The wifi didn’t work on either night I tried. There’s a toilet inside door number thirty, which is handy when you’re wandering back from a hike too.

A small café that serves freshly made quality food is how I would sum this place. Landed here based on reviews from trip advisor and I must say that I was very pleased with everything. The elderly gentleman who served us probably owns this place, hence the service was amazing. The food takes extra few mins to come and that’s only because it is all being freshly made following our order in the kitchen in front of us. Very easy on the wallet… Will defy recommend this place…

Great food and great atmosphere. The owner is extremely nice and speaks English well. The young guy working the ice cream stand is also very friendly and a lot of fun. They make everyone feel very welcome(unlike some nearby places. Comlek Restaurant.). Definitely worth a visit!

Just finished a delicious meal here, including a lemon lentil soup, a borek and another local dish that was served with yogurt and a tomato type sauce on the side. Sitting here at a table outside the restaurant feeling happy and satisfied.
