This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever experienced! First off, they already blew my mind before my arrival, as I had requests and questions, which Omar was very prompt to respond to. This is a family run hotel, so the service was exceptional to say the least. I arranged airport transfer with Omar, which was on time and smooth. When we arrived at the hotel very late in the evening., we were met by one of the brothers, Ardan. He showed us to our room, and I slept well. Breakfast was served at 8:30 — 10:30AM, and I was quite impressed by how good it was. I was offered an omelette, and there were a variety of breads, cereals, cheeses, and traditional Turkish breakfast foods available for breakfast. Hot AND cold. I really enjoyed the free breakfast here. Unfortunately due to the weather, our hot air balloon flight was cancelled, so the only thing we had to wake up for was to see the Goreme Open Air Museum. The weather was awful all day, so we took to confining ourselves to the hotel, so I’m very glad this was a good one. The heater was working well and the beds were comfortable and clean. There were a lot of channels on TV, but only one English one. The room came with a refrigerator, tea, coffee, and kettle. The shower was one of the best parts. Hot water all day! And the bathrooms were very clean and tidy. The room was spacious and was very family friendly. The location was also very good. Only 1 km from the Goreme Open Air Museum and close to lots of shops and restaurants. Due to our early morning flight, Omar was kind enough to pack sandwiches for us since we’d be missing the breakfast. Talk about great service! He also arranged airport transfer for us for only $ 10USD per person(25 Turkish Liras) one way. I must say not only did I love this hotel, but I loved the family and service that they provided. Since I didn’t get the opportunity to do a hot air balloon flight I know I will be back, and I will definitely be staying here again! Thanks for the great service and love, Omar and Ardan!

I truly enjoyed my stay here. It is a nice quiet family run hotel. Everything is really clean and the staff is super friendly. They have a very small fish pond out front, which is fun to watch in the mornings when a local cat tries to jump in and catch the fish! Obviously this cat is a menace, and it is funny watching the hotel staff trying to scare him away. It is like a scene out of a cartoon! The room was nice and spacious and very well priced. There is free breakfast every morning, which includes an assortment of fruit, bread, jams, yogurt cheeses, olives, cold cuts and boiled eggs. They also offer to make an omelet, which wasn’t very good, but the breakfast is still better than most included breakfasts at hotels I have had. The hotel is literally only a quick walk from the center of the city, where there are many restaurants, shops and activities. They offer free wifi. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

1. Not in a cave, but gorgeous rooms made with stone! 2. Good value! 3. Apparently worth booking dinner to be made for you — needs two hours planning. 4. Honest, helped direct around the town. 5. Easy to find. 6. Well located. 7. Great courtyard. 8. Breakfast buffet was not as good as our spot in Istanbul for the same price range… guessing that’s because its hard to get some things, but not as much homemade type goods.
