Sora Sushi

Bei Sora war ich jetzt insgesamt 5 Mal und bisher wurde ich nur einmal nicht so überzeugt (nicht von der Qualität des Essen, vielmehr von der Nicht so hygienische Koch, der seine Hände nicht immer gewaschen hat — verglichen mit der Kochkollegen).
Das Lokal is schön und ZEN, elegant eingerichtet, nicht vergleichbar mit der Nachbar yooji’s, die für mich immer zu laut ist.
Am Samstag und Sonntag gibt es die Formel All you can eat für 59 CHF, die bietet Sake-​shoot, miso Suppe, Auswahl von Kaiten und ein Pflaumenwein Am Ende. Wirklich eine gutes Affäre :-)
Obwohl der Auswahl an sushi am Wochenende ist begrenzt («nur» Lachs und Thun hauptsachlich). Sushi Qualität ist Fresch und erinnert mich an der sushi von yooji’s. Hier vermisse ich aber die Chirashi! Nicht auf dem Menü… Dafür gibt es scallop nigiri, die fantastisch sind! Butterweich!
Für mich ist es sehr bequem, da auf dem Heimweg liegt (in HB) und ich werde sicher wieder hingehen.

I had take away sushi, and while it was quite alright, the quality and taste wasn’t markedly better than lower priced options like Soojis Sushi.

Solid service and nice atmosphere. The sushi is mediocre but decent enough. We ate via the belt but the variety seemed a bit lacking, but I’d say the quality of sushi is slightly better than what you’d get on the belt at Yoogi’s. It’s good for a quick meet up because of the convenient location but don’t expect too much (i.e. Sala of Tokyo quality) in terms of food quality. Also a bit pricey at 85 for a light meal for two.

I went today to try their sushi. The restaurant was not busy at all as I was the only customer during that time.
Although the service was above average, the sushi was just ok. I find it kind of expensive for what you get. Once is enough. I will not return.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Restaurant /​Take-​Away mit ganz tollem überdachtem Innenhof. Das Sushi hat mich jedoch leider nicht überzeugt. Es war zwar sehr frisch, aber der Reis war zu körnig. Da gehe ich lieber ein paar Schritte weiter an die Bahnhofstrasse, zu Yoshiis, die haben’s im Griff.
