I had the worst customer service experience that I’ve ever had in my life. Sears just sucks. I actually am dropping my four stars to one star and would give them zero if I could. I bought exercise equipment on Black Friday and the prices were good, selection was good, and it wasn’t even that crazy, busy of course. However, I paid for delivery and setup/installation and scheduled it for Tuesday. Tuesday didn’t work so I had it scheduled for Wednesday. They didn’t call to confirm so I called them and they said that they had to reschedule to Thursday. I took work off and waited for them on Thursday and when they didn’t show up I called them and got some lame excuse about the delivery truck not fitting. So I rescheduled for Saturday. When I called them on Friday they said that the equipment wasn’t available and it would need to be Monday. However, I knew that they were lying as it was available just the day before. They said that they’d put me on the list in case someone cancelled and would call me on Saturday. They didn’t call so when I called them I kept getting the run around so I had to go back to the store and cancel the delivery. Even that process took a while and then I had to pick them up but not at the store, at the distribution center. I finally got them, a week and a half later, and had to pick them up and put them together, which I don’t mind and rather enjoy but it consumed my weekend, which wasn’t the plan and was the reason why I originally wanted their delivery and installation service(really lack of service).
