Standard Chili’s food. Service was slow, but friendly. I came in for lunch and ordered a beer. I watched it warm on the bar for about 10 minutes before it was brought to my table by another server. The fajitas were good. Chili’s is always a good option if you’re in an unfamiliar area, especially if there’s not many Unilocal reviews in the area.

Friendly service I have to admit that, but the food is way better back in the states– In my opinion. First place i decided to go to after getting to PR… I recommend skipping chains one can find back in the states and go with local food instead.

Service was great but my pasta was barely warm. They did offer me free dessert, so they tried to make my visit better.

The food is just as good as any other Chili’s. I haven’t seen so much standardization in any other chain of this kind. Parking is advertised as free but no one will tell you it’s only for one hour. We found this out when we were stuck trying to get out of the parking lot and of course, we ended up paying for the«free» parking. The waiters are always rushing in and out, it’s actually hard to find someone to order an extra side plate or beverage if you miss the time window allocated to your table. If you are in Isla Verde, you are better off venturing the traditional puerto rican restaurants. You won’t regret walking the extra blocks.

Been to one Chili’s? Guess what? The foods the same everywhere. I came here after going to the beach for a quick bite and to watch some Football. The highlight of my trip here was our bartender, Jose. The guys amazing. Makes drinks strong, quick wit, and he speaks English and Spanish fluently. I’ve heard of people coming here and when they dont see him behind the bar, they walk out. I ordered chicken club tacos and they were the same as if I ordered them in Jersey. I thought it was odd that I didnt see any beers on tap, and everything was in bottles, but thats nothing. If your in the area def stop by for they’re happy hours too.

There aren’t a ton of options in this area for visitors, so this Chili’s was a great option when we wanted something affordable. You know exactly what the food is going to be like. The menu had all the usual items with a couple of things that I haven’t seen in the U.S. One night, the place was full and lots of energy for the NBA finals. Just a chill and fun atmosphere to be in and just right for a casual, relaxing vacation.

Clean great food & great happy hour. When you’re in the mood for the standard American style meal this is your place. Great staff. Awesome happy hour. Seating inside or outside. Very clean.

In town for a cruise, this was the closest restaurant to our hotel and had the cheapest beer($ 2 for happy hour bottles of beer). The service was slow compared to the rest of the U.S. but not any worse than normal for Puerto Rico. It took 20 minutes to get chips and salsa, which is crazy because that is the one appetizer a Chili’s server can prepare without the cooks. The menu selection was almost identical with minor additions(turkey and Swiss roll) and subtractions(no chocolate shake? WTF?). Prices were generally higher(about $ 2 more per entrée), but that seems to be true for the whole island.
