We specialize in creative cuisine with cassava incorporated in almost every meal. We also specialize in cevishe, sushi, sushi pizzas, seafood, and grill.
History
Established in 2011.
We opened two months ago in a place that has a spectacular view of the east coast of Puerto Rico. From this site you could see Palominos Island, Marina Island, and something of Culebra Island. Our mission is to provide an excellent service with a creative and varied menu which includes cassava (a caribbean tuber) as the main protagonist at an affordable price. We also prepare «mojitos» and rail and signature cocktails.

Manager
Born in Wisconsin and was raised in Bayamón. I have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico. I completed a Master degree in Education from the University of UMASS. I have more than 24 years creating businesses.
