Went here with a large, organized group of exchange students. The experience was overall pleasant, but there were a couple logistics issues that coulée have made the experience better. I did not take off a star for them, since I bet the average person reading this review is not going with ~59 other people.
Atmosphere is very cool! It is almost like a cottage inside! definitely a unique experience.
Out of the rather limited menu our group was given by the organizers, I had the stuffed cabbage (came with potatoes). Not at all bad!
I liked that the cabbage was the right thickness, just enough to hold everything together, and not so much that it offsets the balance or becomes hard to chew. Filling was pleasant, but I would have liked it to have a little more beef, and a little less rice. Also, while it was salted perfectly, I would have liked if there was some pepper in there too.
The sauce was great, it was mild yet flavorful, thin yet not watery.
The potatoes are potatoes, nothing special about them at all. They were a good kind of potatoes to go with this dish, and the tiny bit of herbs on top didn’t hurt.
My other notes are this:
Avoid ordering non-​alcoholic beverages. I am not encouraging anyone to drink, I mean this only value-​wise. Even though they cost the equivalent of a dollar, a tiny glass of still water for a buck seems excessive. Iced tea here seems like they took a can of Arizona Iced tea and pour it into your glass. Based on the size of the glass, a can can probably produce 3 – 4 glasses.
Some of my colleges got beers, the prices on them were reasonable, and so were the sizes. They said they beer wasn’t bad (but I don’t remember if it was good).
I also ordered a sundae for desert. Neapolitan ice cream with whipped cream, nothing special. But 2 dollars (equivalent) seems about right for a price.
Server was nice.
As for the logistics issue I mentioned… rather than have all the food come out at the same time… different foods came out at different times. First the dumplings, then the chicken, then cabbage, then fish. Suffice it to say if you ordered the fish, you waited until everyone else got (and had time to eat) their meals. If you got the dumplings., you had to wait for everyone else to get and eat their meals.
I understand that the kitchen is probably small, but I still felt this should be mentioned, if you are considering booking a group event here.
(P.S. when they brought the check for everything else, it as for the whole table… so if people do come in a group, it i.e. best they keep track of their purchases and costs)

Good affordable food in a nice setting. Perfect for a quick lunch. A nice soup is served as a bonus starter with each main course until 7pm, which was a nice surprise. Healthy portions. Only the bread is unhealthy and boring: why settle for industrial? A locally source produce is what’s missing here.
