Versatile space at the end of Minnie St that houses a cool little café lined with funky artwork, a recording studio and a theatre. The perfect venue for a private function or even a Unilocal event. Wait, someone already thought of the latter idea!

Just popped into Lot 23 and am in love with the place. Kick arse coffee, can’t believe it’s the old Brazil machine! I didn’t eat but the food looked ridiculously good and I’m definitely going to keep it in mind for a city lunch. Great eye candy with the curated art on the café walls. What blew me away the most was the venue, sound and people. Unique and versatile space for special refined events. Love it.

Am not a coffee drinker, so can’t judge the dark brew. As the previous reviewer said, nice and tucked away with friendly staff and a neat little selection of yummy food. Had the privilege to get an Apple/Cinnamon muffin straight from the oven this morning. Great!!! Come and give it a try.

This café is tucked away at the end of Minnie Street, Eden Terrace for the local businesses and people in the neighbourhood. I have been here twice now for lunch and coffee. They do traditional baguettes and baps with tasty fillings(pastrami, pickled cabbage, tomato and soft cheese). Also, they have a daily blackboard menu and free wifi. Service is second-to-none. The ambience is quirky with 80’s music, eclectic people and down-to-earth chatty baristas. Fab café experience:)
