I came here for a blood test, no appointment, just strolled in after my doctor told me I needed one done. I just gave them my piece of paper and sat there for about 25 minutes. It was a pretty full waiting room, actually it felt like a waiting room from a movie, lots of people walking in and out, people scowling in their chairs (presumably because they’d been waiting longer than the other person who was just called up). The worst thing was the screeching baby in one of the room, I know it couldn’t be helped but I really felt strangling it. The blood test itself was very quick and painless. The lady sat me down and got straight to it. Not talking, just *needle jab* which was good. I like the speed at which she worked; I think she must to hundreds a day so she’s well versed. At the end of the test you just walk out. They deal with everything after that. So easy! If you don’t mind waiting…

Only an A-Okay because well its a lab tests place which means you go there to get uncomfortable and anxious and pricked with a needle a few odd times.
That being said, it is a professional place. You go in and usually you don’t even need to sit down for more than a few minutes because they are quite efficient. If you do have to wait it is on one of maybe 3 chairs and you will have the pick of magazines on offer.
The staff are friendly, polite and professional. Once you are in that cubicle it is on. I have unfortunately had a few blood tests done in my time and I knew it was only a matter of time before one of them went a bit awry. This happened recently when she had to double prick me in each arm, because she forgot to draw more than one tube of blood (ick) out of a single arm. So that was annoying, but she apologised and it was fine. I’m assuming it was just one of those day for her.
Other than that. Spot on most days.

I’ve been a regular visitor to this Labtests clinic with a family member needing to have blood work done at least once a week.
The waiting room might be a bit on the small side but it is stocked with good glossy magazines. My family member says that the technicians are all very good. A sentiment I agree with as about a year ago I had to get some tests done and the team was highly efficient.
The parking is easy and the location is excellent, next door to my medical centre.
