Been here twice. Average sound system, reasonable ok collection of songs. Service is none, don’t expect any thing high stand. You coming for singing. For $ 25 per head you can sing as much as 4 hours off peak time plus one meal and drink (I don’t think they offer any alcohol). It’s like you ordered a takeaway from a Chinese restaurant, had a room sit down and eat plus having some fun with friends to express and sing for up to 4 hours. I think it’s a great deal! I don’t mind coming back again.

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service at this place. We arrived at 1:30am (the place closes at 3 as advertised on Unilocal) and the staff told us simply, «we are closed». We explained that the website says the place is open until 3 and their response began to change each time we continued to press for an explanation. We heard a group singing karaōke down the hall and wondered how they could be closed with patrons still in the establishment, to which they replied «we are full.» Which she immediately amended and and said «no we are not full.» I asked them to explain why they wouldn’t serve us and they replied «we stop entry at 12». Why does the website say 3 then? They replied that they can stop entry whenever they feel like it and proceeded to tell us other karaōke locations nearby. Terrible customer service. I don’t understand why they didn’t want our service and why they persisted in refusing our money, I also don’t understand why we couldn’t have been given a logical and truthful explanation for being turned away. Not recommended.

They are terrible. They lied to us about their closing hours because for some reason they did not want customers? We arrived at 1:30 and were turned away. Don’t even bother giving your money to these scumbags when there is an incredibly amazing and friendly spot just down the street!

Good prices an great for happy hour. Good sound system and latest song list. Love going there!
