This little guy right here is a Piccolo Latte or Baby Latte as the Italian pronunciation suggest. It’s a 15−20ml shot topped with warm silky milk and served in a 100ml glass called a demitasse(small latte glass). They great things come in small packages and the Espresso Workshop nailed this little coffee on the head. I had mine with the delicious Carew Kitchen and it was the perfect little mid morning pick me up before morning tea. I am dairy free and Carew Kitchen is the best dairy free alternative to have in your coffee if you ask me! The milk heats really well and froths just as good as your regular milk. Not to mention that taste always love it when I see a café that stocks it

Mr. White, Mr. Green and Mr. Black. I favour Mr. White with his smooth, naturally sweet character. He is not bitter, there is no lingering acidic aftertaste with him. No, it’s not a online dating service. These are the names of the house blends from Espresso workshop. I believe most of us have had some sort of bad experience from the Espresso workshop in Britomart. But the Parnell branch never disappoints. I do take pride in my own coffee making skills. And I am quite picky with beans. Mr. White in my opinion is the best blend when you want a great coffee without adding sugar. But don’t just take my words for it. Go and have a cup from them if you can find parking.
