Food is not cheap by food court standards but as their brand suggests, the taste is above average. I particularly like their: * chicken chop pasta * Claypot chicken rice * vegetarian rice selections * Zichar stall(at the deep end of the food court) Will definitely eat here often.

This place is like a small merger of different cuisines. I really don’t understand it, all I noticed is that different waiters were calling at me, but I went to the Thai one as I just had dinner at another place so I took some sweet delicious deserts! Definitely worth trying if ever you are going by! The staff were really nice. I’m not sure I like the calling me while walking thing but I do like Thai cuisine and desert so I didn’t mind :)

If you ever visit Avenue K and contemplating what to nom, please go and try the chili pan mee at Taste Enclave if you have not yet. :)) Firstly, I don’t understand why Avenue K is very underrated when it has quite great stores inside. At least my favourite stores, hehe! :) At first I am not too sure of what to eat when I happen to visit Avenue K, and then I stumbled upon this beautiful unique food court at top floor. Again because Avenue K is really underrated and thus not too crowded at all, Taste Enclave is also really quiet even on Friday nights compared to any other food courts where you would wait forever just to get a space to sit. It is not too big and overwhelming — it is just nice and lit dimly for an awesome dinner experience without breaking our wallets. Back to my favourite food: the chili pan mee. RM11, bouncy fresh noodles with half poached egg, anchovies, minced meat, and chili. Mix together and enjoy your calm, relaxing, and inexpensive dinner. No need to rush yourselves to let others sit on your spot because there are plenty of empty seats always. Go go go try! :D

There are a few food court in Malaysia that are providing non-halal food. One that i know of is the food court in Lot 10, and recently just found out that taste enclave is food court that has non-halal food. From outside, you will feel like going in into a really fancy place because they decorated it quite nicely and modern, and you don’t feel like eating in typical food court with plastic chair and dirty floor. This place has managed to step up their game above most of the food court I’ve seen in Kuala Lumpur. Coming in, you are going to be delighted with a lot of food options for example, kunyit nasi lemak, lorong seratus tahun, ikar deliciously healthy, stall #21 beef noodle, jalan kayu prats, heun lee clay pot, tong’s roast, fishing village hong tau foo and many more. I think you will not get disappointed coming here. I would definitely recommend this place to people visiting Malaysia as well as Malaysian who are not aware of this place.

Are you sure this is a food court? The place is so clean, new and comfortable I think the whole of Malaysia should just revamp the place to be at par with Taste Enclave. The food court is located at the 3rd floor of Avenue K and is very well designed for a food court. The entrance is a mini water fountain with tiers and with light brown tables and white clean chairs. They have a seating section with sunlight shining through due to the big glass windows and another section that is more dimly lit and cooling. On the food, they have plenty of options from Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese vegetarian and so on. I have tried quite a number of them and they are all equally good, way over my expectations for a food court meal. Check out the Indian rice section, the portion is huge and the curry is insanely rich and fragrant. Pricing ranges from RM6 to RM20. If you’re looking to save some kachings but do not want to sacrifice comfort, you’re lucky to have this place to go to. Comfortable, clean with very good food, I am a big advocate of this place. If you’re working near by, you have to come here 3 out of 5 times per week!

Granted, the food here may not be «cheap» by food court standards — by comparison, they are slightly more expensive than KLCC’s food court(s). Though, considering its really cool setting and huge variety of food dishes to order from, it is definitely worth trying! Also, besides during lunch hour on weekdays, this place is not very crowded. Some of my recommendations are Ah Yap’s Hokkien mee(RM9.90), Otaku Japanese’s Chicken cutlet Don(large-RM12.90) and the chicken green curry at the Thai shop(Thailicious). I have also been told that the Western food there is really good and not so expensive. This food court serves both halal and non-halal food — and also, beer! If you and your family/friends can’t decide on what to do, this is a good solution.

Taste Enclave is a food court located inside Avenue K and it has all these famous food stalls. Like the Soong Kee beef ball me, Sentul Ah Yap hokkien mee etc. And the best part is that the food here taste exactly the same as the original restaurant where it all started. I like that the quality is maintained. The portions at this food court are huge and really good for sharing. Prices range from about RM10−15 and as with all food courts its self-service. What I like the most about this place is the environment. It is not at all like a usual food court. It looks almost like a really nice restaurant, it has a lot of greens all over and the tables look like wooden tables. I think the ambiance is mimicking a jungle/forest.

I have been working around Avenue K area for a long time. When Taste Enclave opened, my colleagues and I couldn’t be happier(yay to more lunch options!). As you’d expected, lunch hours can be quite packed, but nonetheless, we always managed to get a table for six. The roasted pork and chicken stall is one of the most popular here mainly because the meal comes with not only meat, but rice and side dishes like bean sprout, bean curd, egg and a bowl of soup, for only RM11.90. What a deal! The hokkien noodles are pretty good too if you can wait for at least 10 mins of cooking time. My personal favorite is the Thai food stall, but that’s just me and my fascination with Thai food. But if you happen to order, the tom yam and curry dishes can be VERY spicy. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Taste enclave at Avenue K is awesome. It is what I want every food court to be. I know that sounds a little bit over eager but seriously this food court is great. First of all, this food court has beer! For real, a full bar that you can order whatever you like and sit in which ever section you like. If you are short on cash and just want to have a beer with a friend, hey, you can go to this food court! This has expanded my mind on what a food court can be. Aside from the beer, the food court is actually home to a lot of great food I really like the smoke duck stall and I also like the tepanyaki stall. The Singapore noodles are good and honestly, there are more places that I want to try that I have not had time for. Great food court.
