For people who loves to sing, you probably would know that there are quite a number of Karaokes in town already and if you notice, Loudspeaker is definitely one of them that’s at the burgeon in the industry. Kota Damansara outlet is one of the earlier opened ones and it’s definitely doing well, as you would need to make reservation in advance especially on weekends if you’re going there, just to avoid any disappointments. If you compare the prices of Loudspeaker with other Karaōke places, you would also realize that they are actually one of those that offers lower price and more attractive packages too. So, for those who are looking for a good deal, you’d want to check out their price list. Besides the normal package, they always have special promotions going on too. Especially when it’s past 12am from Sundays to Thursdays, ladies get another 50% off the cover charge, which is a pretty good deal actually. If you are early riser, I would also suggest their morning-noon Karaōke package where you get a meal and get to sing for 3 hours too, and the price is not even RM20.

Now, living the life of a superstar singer is tough. Trust me. I’ve dreamt about it. Okay then, my friends and I sing a lot, obviously I’m the only one that could, we always prefered Loudspeaker here in KD. The main reason and probably the only reason we choose a karaōke place is the pricing. Using our student cards, we only have to pay RM10/person and get free flow of drinks, but you probably won’t drink that much when you’re too busy making your way to broadway. If you haven’t been here, you’ll be shocked looking at the prices, unlike mainstram karaōke places like Redbox and all, it’s much more cheaper here. The song selection is also quite complete, especially since we sing only the greatest hits of all times, which includes oldies and last season songs. They do update their list quite often, but don’t expect a new song that you heard on the radio this morning. The rooms are cosy and you can adjust your own air conditioning! Man, other karaōke places I’ve been to, you gotta call the service guy everytime you need the temperature changed.

I’m not a singer because I don’t have the talent. So there’s no reason for me visit karaōke place often. This is one of my rare visit to the karaōke box. After being forced by my friends and girlfriend, I finally willing to join them. This place is nice actually. The system is okay and user friendly. There’s only a couple of people that could sing very well and have talents including my girlfriend. The rest were just practically screaming and pretend that they were Elton John and Adele. So I couldn’t say that I enjoyed this trip very much.

I love singing and would grab any chance to sing, but sadly I could only do it in a karaōke. I used to go to Neway and RedBox, but the charges are too expensive. Loudspeaker is a karaōke centre located at Kota Damansara, and the charges are cheaper than the big chains. I’ve been there many times and the staffs have always been very friendly and energetic. The place is spacious and very clean too. Although the songs selections might not be as extensive as Neway or RedBox, but it’s more than enough for you to sing through the night. Loudspeaker is always full house, so it’s advisable to call for reservation; or else, be prepare to wait for a long time. Getting a parking space at this part of Kota Damansara is easier then the Sunway Giza area.

I was never really a karaōke person. How I came to know about loudspeaker was because my director love to sing and he have been bugging us(my team) to go karaōke with him for a while. To me, I’m just not a karaōke person, as for my colleagues, they just doesn’t feel like singing with their boss. One day, we can no longer reject his offer because this time, he uses his birthday as the reason to celebrate. So, the whole bunch of us went to Loudspeaker together. It was actually my first time at Loudspeaker. To my surprise, I was quite amazed with how modern those karaōke machines are nowadays(only went karaōke a few times, many many years back). Besides their great sound system, they also offers free dinner and drinks(quite some variety to choose from). After the karaōke session in Loudspeaker, I’m still not a karaōke person, but I find it quite nice to be at for people who likes to sing.
