Bake with yen stays true to their motto.
My mom and sister first brought me to the shop a few years back. When I first stepped foot into the shop, it smelt amazing. You could smell the fresh flour, butter, milk and fresh chocolate chips. They also stock a comprehensive range of flavours, fillings, premixes, emulsifier & many other things to bake with.
The shop was set up in 1987 and still continues to go strong. Many of their customers are from the surrounding neighbourhoods. Bake with yen prides itself with having a comprehensive range of only the best products to bake with. Over the years, they’ve gained a notorious reputation for being one of the largest suppliers in the baking and confectionary industry.
Bake with yen not only supplies goods for baking, but they also facilitate baking classes. They practice what they preach. The baking classes cover a range of local and western desserts like kaya puff, chocolate cake, chesse cake and even egg tarts.
