Wine buffet at RM60++. Yep, you heard me! They serve the reds and whites of Spain, South Africa, Argentina, Australia, Italy and Chile but the last time I check with them, they were not serving any Moscatos for the wine buffet. So, unless you are specifically craving for some sweet wines and that only, you are good to go for the buffet here! However, do not mistake the place as one that’s serving the apéritif hours, as they are not and you won’t find a snacks bar here with finger foods for you to help yourself to go with your wine. But, they do serve a very extensive and full range of different foods here, ranging from tapas to pizzas or even Asians. So, feel free to feast! Another thing worth nothing before you come here feeling deprived is that the wine buffet is literally buffet style, which means you will have to help yourself. They will give you your wine glasses, and you’ll help yourself at the bar where they put their collection of wines that you can drink all you like. Getting more than 4 types for each red and white, I think it’s a pretty good deal and could be a great night out with friends. Remember to not come too late during weekend nights if you’re coming in a big group or else you might find it hard to get a table. Alternatively, make your reservation in advance :)

The interior of mezza9 is dark and pretty romantic. They have a really good wine promotion where it’s like a wine buffet. You would pay a fixed price and you get to drink as much wine from their specific selection as you like and it’s not too bad. There are different types of red and white of your liking. I would see a lot of corporate people at the bar. The service there is pretty decent. Parking can be found in publika itself, there are parking available inside. It’s located right outside of the mall, where there are many others shops like la CASA and mamak Andersen.

i’m the kinda girl who loves a good buffet. and what more if it were a wine buffet?! LOL! Mezza9 offers a fabulous wine buffet of many regions with high quality for both reds and whites for only RM65++. Now that is a damn good deal, yes? I’m not too good with my wines, i’m more of beer drinker and i love my long island iced teas however after coming here for the first time i think i know my wines a little better and enjoy them a little more too. Thanks to the friendly bartenders who was giving me an educational information on wines. I now enjoy a glass of white wine every now and then(lesser calories too!) So thank you Mr Bartender form Mezza9(im sorry i can’t remember your name). And this is would be my go to place if im in the mood to have gallons of whites!

We love wine buffet. So naturally we love Mezza9. Offering wine buffet from 5pm to 1am everyday at RM55++ only, Mezza9 gives you bang for the buck. Wines range from Australia, Spain, Chile, Argentina, Italy and South Africa. If you like, order some snacks to go with your wines. The only downer here is all they only have high stools and high tables — not entirely pleasant if you’re going to sit for hours.

It is undeniable that Mezza9’s main selling point is their wine buffet. As such, for the aspiring sommelier, this is a great opportunity for you to sample different wines from different labels and regions. Or you know, if you’re just a good’ol wino.(Note: I am in no way encouraging alcoholism; drink responsibly; don’t drink and drive; etc.) Featuring a wine buffet all year round is no easy feat, having to source quality wines, both white and red from all over the world. Hence, at RM55++ this makes it really worth your money and you can now see why this place draws a crowd. But that is why you should be advised to call ahead and make a reservation, especially on weekend nights. If I am not mistaken, they rotate a featured dish to go with the best wine everyday. And if you’re not sure about your wine, do not be shy to ask the friendly waiters. Who know, you may learn a thing or two about your favourite wine. If wine is not your thing but you do not want to be labelled as the social pariah, Mezza9 also serves whisky and beers of which they occasionally have promotions for. Best way to know is to check their facebook page regularly.

If you’re looking for a new spot for the weekend, Mezza9 Publika has got you covered. Mezza9 has introduced us to a whole new dining experience with a buffet style wine bar. Reds, whites, you name it and they’ve got it. Diners will enjoy free flows of an ever changing variety of wines for RM65 every night. With its dimly lit interior and gold accents, this casual yet chic venue is perfect for a casual night out or for corporate events. Know nothing about the finer details of a good glass of wine? No worries. Their bartenders were surprisingly friendly and unpretentious; ever willing to point out to our group of girls which were the better tasting wines. Patrons will find this self-service concept to be quite a conversation starter as most people find themselves lining the bar, wine glass in hand, asking fellow patrons which bottles contained the good stuff. Mezza9 also serves up a fusion style menu to go along with your wine tasting exploits. So grab a few friends and head over to Mezza9 Publika between the hours of 5pm to 2am. I would also suggest calling ahead for a reservation on Friday and Saturday nights as tables tend to fill up pretty fast.

My time spent at Mezza9 has been primarily to take advantage of their Wine Buffet. We tend to have the occasional pizza every now and then but by no stretch of the imagination would we come for food alone. Music tends to be slightly louder than I would like and the TV usually just plays reruns of the Victoria Secret Fashion Show. A better themed genre of music to fit with its dark themed décor and ambience would help. Priced at a low RM55(usually comes up to RM64 + after tax), the wine buffet offers a decent range of both red and white wine. Will definitely appeal to both wine enthusiasts and anyone seeking to simply get more bang for their buck in terms of alcohol level
