It is a chain Japanese traditional style cooking(miso soup and rice set with Okazu) shop. It’s pretty fast service with a very simple atmosphere. We came here for the beef tongue special(seasonal or limited time thing) and I was presently surprised. If you are tired of all the heavy stuff(Tonkatsu, ramen, etc.) — try it out. They have Hoke(type of bony fish) that I usually love which I have to try if we come here again. I got the chicken breast in light sauce over rice with soba. I’m not stuffed bit pleasantly full and it was tasty. Like always in Japan eating out japanese is light on the wallet and this place is no exception. I am paying 2,200 yen for a dinner for two. Check it out and try something new.
