I came here with some coworkers after some drinking. The ramen here is interesting. You don’t really find this kind of ramen in the States. We tried the ko tet su ramen. The soup is very thick indeed but I thought the flavor was very rich. My friend commented that it tasted like the salted egg yolk. I don’t think I’ve ever tasted that before but I’ll take her word for it. Cash only.

Straight Forward Noodle Shop that specializes in Kotteri style Ramen. This is a thicker heartier almost gravy like broth that sticks to your ribs and fills you up. At your table you have your standard accouterments(togarashi, chili paste, hot oil) and the bowl is adorned with scallions and chashu pork slices. The noodles have a nice chew to them but it’s really all about the unique consistency of the broth. Not for everyone, but everyone should try it to appreciate the difference than shoyu or more familiar tonkatsu broths.
