Accidentally went to this restaurant with my friend. The space is small but very cozy. The food was really good. Chicken manban was my favourite! We two people ordered 4 dishes, 2 apple juice and 2 rice, the price was about 5000yen, not too bad.

If you want to have reasonable homedish style of Kyoto, it’s one of way to go!
This store is renovated traditional Kyoto’s hometown into a restaurant. Several Kyoto’s vegetables are displayed in front of the store.
They are offering Obanzai, which is a traditional cuisine that has been rooted through generations of normal Kyoto locals. There are some kinds of Obanzai made from Kyoto local vegetables.
They are offering reasonable and yummy lunch, too! Maybe around 1000 yen… I’m not sure though… sorry…
Seems to be popular among young people! It’s pretty casual place!
