This is one of those hidden jewels that I recommend going out of your way to visit. The food, literally everything, is excellent. The best Italian food I’ve ever had outside of Italy served and prepared japanese style. The menu is seasonal and the ingredients used are of very high quality. Most dishes are either vegan or vegetarian, although some fish/​seafood dishes are also available.
This is a one-​man operated venue with three tables for two people each. The chef is incredibly nice, he will definitely take good care of you since you first arrive to his door. Since the place is so small, it is best if you reserve in advance and let the chef know know if you want a vegan or vegetarian dinner. The restaurant is in the middle of a suburb in Northwest Tokyo, so using public transportation to get here could be challenging.
