This place makes the most amazing Torta Veneziana al Pistacchio I have ever had. It is pure pistachio paste of the highest quality with dried fruits and almonds. This is a signature cake of Venice and the city is filled with bad quality versions of it. You must come here to experience the finest if you love pistachios. It is a little pricy but well worth the money and effort to find the bakery. Yum!

Tour guide recommended we go here to experience the real Italian breakfast. Coffee and espresso were on par and the cheese/orange marmalade and almond croissants were delicious. Didn’t speak very good English though, so ordering was a bit difficult.

Absolutely the best Pasticceria in Venezia! Here you will find a fantastic offering of pastries, including a wide variety of breads and pizzas. You must try the small donuts filled with cream or orange marmalade — they are soft, lightly dusted with sugar, and will melt in your mouth! The Lemon torte with toasted almonds is another must-try, oh and don’t forget the orange cookies dipped in dark chocolate! The service is very friendly and they are more than happy to describe their collection of sweets, so don’t be afraid to ask! They have a small coffee bar inside with just a few places to sit, so plan on taking your treats to go.
