True Venetian experience! Great location on the Grand canal, — right next to viporetto (water bus) stop. Very friendly staff, awesome breakfast buffets (included in the price of the room). But the most important are the interiors of the hotel, — well-​preserved for centuries Venetian décor. Enchanting!

Great hotel, great staff and great location!!!
few steps from saint mark square and in front of the grand canal.
The interiors are really gorgeous: everything has been restored.
The staff is very friendly and helpfull with everythig: from a restaurant booking to a simple question.
Great plus are the terrace on the grand canal at the ground floor (where you can taste one of the best breakfast of italy) and the rooftop terrace with the jacuzzi!!!
Rooms are very big and comfortable.
I recommend it to everybody!!!

Situé dans la partie plus centrale de la ville, face au Grand Canal, à coté de Ca’ Rezzonico et en face du Palazzo Grassi.
Ce palais du XVème siècle, d’inspiration mauresque, fut construit par la famille Malaga.
Acquis par la famille Stern en 1900, il fut reconstruit complètement sur le même principe (mais en plus grand) !
Après avoir été abandonné pendant une trentaine d’années, le palais, transformé en hôtel de luxe a réouvert ses portes.
Il bénificie d’un emplacement exceptionnel et d’une immense terrasse donnant sur le Grand Canal.
