This place deserves five stars for their excellent service and food. Simple, clean taste of Italian herbs, olive oil, and seafood makes this place authentic yet appealing to tourists from all backgrounds. So far, we spotted no Americans, but many germans and Italians. Wait staff speaks english. They switch plates between courses, have outside seating area, great wine choice, great portions size.

Service is spectacular and only matched by the food. The most attentive service in Italy mixes well with the fresh seafood being served in the shadows of the Castle of Termoli

This Osteria is amazing! Super service, friendly and the food is top notch. This is an area where they really do not speak much english so you will have to speak a bit of italian(or at least French or German) to place an order or even make reservations which I would 100% recommend. While traveling I happened to stumble in the front door looking for something else. We talked with the head waiter and cook and decided we should try it. The strongly suggested a reservation which I thought was odd since the entire time in Italy I had not needed one so we made one and was told to come back at 12:45pm. I am soooo glad we did make that reservation because by 13:00 there was not one table open and the chef was sending people away. I kind of felt privilidged to eat here, and the I can see why people were coming here in droves. The sea food mista(mixed) anti-pasta was to die for I have never had a prawn that had been bread coated so lightly but had so much flavor and crunch. The pickled harring was another dish that I just had no idea could be done. The pasta is like the rest of italy just amazing and the desert was crème with fragoli(strawberry) again just really a top notch meal.
