The food here was nice, but not memorable. The staff was a bit brusque and slightly pushy. The 17% service charge on top of already pricey dishes(€ 10 for a boring mixed salad, € 17 for a fettuccine bolognese that was good, but not better than similar I’ve had for € 10) and the € 5 espresso are enough reason for me not to come back. The square is pretty and we enjoyed our meal, but I’m certain we could’ve found much better for the price. € 114 for three people, including a bottle of wine, two salads and two main courses.

Very, very expensive, but this is the most expensive part of town. 3 glass of the house White Wine and 2 softdrinks for 51 euro. Charges some sort of mandatory tip, which raises price even further. Didnt taste the food, since the Price were so high. Ok wine quality am service, though, and location is off course very central. My 5 cent — there are so many good eating/drinking spots in Rome, so I would take a 5 – 10 minutes walk to eat lunch somewhere else — unless your kids are screaming and you are close to dehydration.

Rosati serves indifferent food, served by indifferent staff, and is wildly overpriced. A simple salad topped with sliced chicken was 18 Euros, for example, with pasta dishes being similarly expensive. Adding insult to injury, they add a mandatory gratuity of 17%. We paid over 120 Euros for a mediocre lunch that would have been half the cost elsewhere. I appreciate that location has its price, but this place has no pride. I would only recommend it for drinks, where paying top dollar to sit in the outdoor portion may be worth it.

Expensive, like all places near the piazza, but the little pastries were great. Didnt have a chance to eat, but the food looked good. Outdoor seating is nice for people watching too!

The most memorable restaurant we visited in Italy. While we loved Florence and couldn’t find a bad place to eat there, Rome was a bit of a different story — Rosati though was amazing! The outdoor seating right along the massive open-air plaza was incredible. The host and service staff was very hospitable even though we didn’t speak any Italian — at least not much. Our meals were rich with flavor and the wine was outstanding. And if that’s not it, their confectioner/chocolatier section inside is an experience in and of itself. We can’t wait to go back!
