I spent 14.6 euro and the waitress charged me 14.7! No matter it is on purpose or not, this behavior is really unprofessional and bad! And the wifi doesn’t work and the waitress looks like«so what ?! It is not my problem anyway.» Too bad !!!

TERRIBLESERVICE! DONOTEATHERE! The desserts and drinks are just as good as the Paris location; however, they only serve the mini macarons here, not the big ones like in Paris. The waiters were not friendly nor attentive. After we finished eating our desserts and drinking our tea, we waited for our server to come by so we could order some gifts. There were only two other tables that were sat inside, so they were not busy at all. After ten minutes of sitting around, I got tired of waiting and got up and walked to my server and asked if we could order some teas and perfume for gifts. Our server asked another server to help us. When we told her what we wanted to buy, the server looked lost trying to find what he had asked for and took at least 10 minutes to get our gifts. Lastly, the bathrooms were very dirty and my girlfriend ended up not using them. If you’re craving Laduèe macarons while in Rome, just save yourself the terrible service and order take out.

I had visited Laduree in London, Paris, New York, and Sydney. This one is the worst one. 1) We waited 10 mins until waiter came to approached us, even though we were the only customers in the queue. 2) Another 7 mins wait until waiter give us menu. 3) Another 10 mins wait until waiter«willing to take order». 4) Waiter did not inform us what is NOT available, I therefor ordered a French toast and a pot of tea. Later on, he brought us tea and told me that«we don’t have French toast today, do you want macaroon?» Why the hell will I order a pot of tea if there is nothing to eat? Plus, why do I want macaroons? I could had buy it to take-out instead of siting and waiting like an idiot.
