We ordered two pasta type dishes(carbonara, lasagna) and a mixed salad(insalata mista). Lasagna was normal/small size. Pasta carbonara was good, huge portions, but nothing special. The salad was old/bitter arugula in small bowls with olive oil– ok but not very good. Waiter brought bruschetta and focaccia which I think was included/free. Total was over 30 euros for two for a mediocre dinner. Also didn’t appreciate the two scammers walking in; first the guitar guy(who I mistakenly thought was associated with the restaruant!), he walks in and plays a couple songs then asks all the diners for money. The second guy was the typical rose scammer you see all over Rome. The waiter was ok but not very friendly service. Will not go back to Trattoria la Vecchia Roma.
