Hotel Ivanhoe

This hotel was my first impression of Italy and Italian life– and it did not disappoint!
The location is incredibly convenient, moments away from the Cavour metro station, which took us all around Rome for little cost. It is also a few blocks away from the Colosseum, which allowed us to visit the site a few times over the two days we were there.
The staff was very accommodating, giving us tips on where to eat and even offering to hold our hotel key for us before we embarked on a day of sightseeing. I truly felt like a valued guest the whole time I was here.
The rooftop terrace was pleasant and romantic, a beautiful way to cool down and either start or end the day on a good note.
The breskfast was phenomonal, the staff offers to make a variety of hot drinks for you (tea, coffees, hot chocolate) while offering delicious pastries and breads. A fantastic way to start your day.
I would book this hotel again in a heartbeat. It’s a bit small but that just adds to the charm. :)
