The food was great! It was very pricy, but for Rome not so bad. The only bad thing was that we ordered the prawns at the end of our meal(because we were still hungry) and they never came. ½ hour later(with them not coming) we decided it was getting late and should go back to our hotel. The bill came to us with the charge of the shrimp. We talked to the waiter and the owner who fixed it right away. We will be back :) I loved the Filleto al Pepe Verde

It was a rainy night & we were on our honeymoon. The hostess immediately invited us in & offered us a complimentary drinks. As we waited inside we were able to witness the behind the scenes of the restaurant. They sat us & it seemed that everyone that attended to us. The host the waiter & I think even the owner. Food came out in timely manner, we ordered the house wine. There was nothing spectacular about the food, but there was a sincerity in their service. I would definetly come back

Not impressed with this place at all. the service was not so bad however the food was not worth the price. They are super expensive for no reason. I ordered spinach cheese ravioli for about 14 euros [approx. 16 dollars]…I got TWO raviolis. Literally, two uncooked raviolis. Then, the waiter [married].hit on me.

After walking up and down Via Arcione, we stumbled upon this restaurant. The food was delicious! We enjoyed ensalata caprese, minestrone soup, and grilled sea bass with vegetables. Perfect dinner after eating lots of pasta previously. Our indoor, corner table by the window in air conditioning was fantastic! We topped it off with a bottle of Chardonnay.

Thought we were walking into a tourist trap, but it wasn’t half bad. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was inviting. The food was ok. Good but not spectacular. Had the prawns in white wine sauce.

We had originally made plans dine at a place down the road but when that place was unable to accommodate our group we had to quickly find somewhere to seat our 13 person group(two families) all while enduring a very rainy Rome night. Grill and Wine is very clean and friendly! We were met by at least 3 smiling faces prior to reaching our table. Wine list was good and we all enjoyed the various dishes we ordered. Lighting and music were appropriate and the members of out group that wanted to watch World Cup coverage were pleased to see a television mounted where they could keep tabs on the game. Overall, a very nice experience.

This restaurant is one of my favorite restaurants of Rome. So when my family and I came upon this restaurant, there was a waiter that saw us coming and started to joke with us! So we decided that Grill and Wine restaurant was the best restaurant to eat because the peoples’ attitudes were really friendly! So we started of with glasses of pinot grigio. Then for appetizers, we had the caprese salad, and that was very amazing! The tomatoes were fresh and the mozzarella cheese were very creamy, and we also had the salami and melon plate. The melon and the salami were an excellent combination and the melon was very sweet! For mains, I had the clam pasta. The clams were very tender, and the pasta was seasoned to perfection. Then my brother had the veal steak, and the meat was seasoned to perfection and was very well done! My dad had the sea bass in a «basket» of melted cheese. The fish was tender and the cheese was very crispy and yummy! Finally, my mom had the pasta with shrimp. The pasta was very long but at the same time yummy, and the shrimp meat was very tender! Finally for dessert, we had the torta del giorno and the tiramisu. I thought the tiramisu was the best one we have tried yet in Italy, and I could taste the rum in the cake! The torta del giorno was a dark chocolate cake. Both were very appetizing!

I don’t suppose Unilocal is huge in Italy but this place was so unassuming, yet amazing, that I had to throw them up here. We were on vacation walking everywhere in the 90 degree heat and we wanted to stop for a beer near the Trevi Fountain. This place had some outdoor tables and I asked if they wouldn’t mind us occupying a table just for drinks. They were happy to do so and provided us excellent service and attention for just 2 beers. It was her birthday so we decided to come back that night for a big dinner. They gave us a great table near the window, again, with wonderful service and hospitality. With the wine came our bruschetta and we knew at the first bite that this was going to be a good night,. The tomatoes were so fresh that it melted in your mouth. She ordered grilled chicken breast(wonderful presentation) with a side of roasted potatoes(absolutely mouth watering) and string beans which came with fresh cherry tomatoes. I had the lasagna with a salad. It was all so fresh that I get goose bumps just remembering it. For dessert we each had the tiramisu and, no surprise, it was the best I’ve ever had. Life was good that night. Just when we could take no more our waiter came over with 2 ice cold shot glasses of lemoncello. If you are in Rome find this place and get a full meal. LOVEDIT!
