Very friendly reception and service. The food was over excellent. We were here on December 31st, and it was fully booked, but they were friendly to give us a nice table before the crowd came and served a most delicious menu based on fish. The white lasagna was a dream come true as was the sea bass.

We stopped in here for a quick afternoon snack and a beer to rest our weary bodies after a glorious morning exploring Rome. A block away, restaurants were selling 0.4l beer for 9 Euro. However here, a 0.6l for 6 Euros; a comparative bargain. Our waitress was friendly, providing attentive service with a smile. True, we were the only customers at 3:30 in the afternoon. We had a quick bite of bruschetta, shared some tortellini and a dessert, and we were back on the streets for a walk around the Tiber. A nice stop, if unconventional given its lack of terrace and alley location, for a well priced bite. It looks to be set up for nice evening meals. Might be tasty!

Seriously one of the best food experiences I’ve had in Italy! Staff was incredibly friendly when we arrived and we were greeted by a glass of prosecco and an appetizer. The appetizer(i think it was some sort of fish) was similar to a ceviche and incredibly delicious. I ordered the pasta with lobster and it was amazing. Best pasta I’ve had in Italy. The pasta was garnished with the whole lobster that I need to crack to get to the meat– messy but delicious. We ordered a couple of desserts and when they came to serve us, they included an additional dessert that they recommended. Not only that, but they gave us free servings of after dinner drinks to top off the evening. Amazing amazing food and experience!
