I made a day trip to Positano in July while visiting family friends in Capri. I decided to wander the beautiful streets and get lost for the day. I came across Casa E Bottega and fell in love with the beautiful pottery and linens. I decided to stay for lunch and am so glad I did! This was the most wonderful meal! Everything was so fresh and flavorful! I sat on a stool in the back and got to watch the chefs at work. It was spectacular, and everyone was so kind. I will be sure to come back next summer!

If I could give this spot more stars, I would. Delicious, fresh, and healthy salads and panini. I had the chicken and avocado salad, which I loved, and my mom had the homemade ricotta quiche, which she described as her best meal in Italy so far. Very humble and charming, a wonderful sport for lunch/dinner!

Simply the best food we’ve eaten in all of Italy. Organic vegetables and meats, prepared brilliantly by a group of Positano women who are warm and friendly. Affordable prices are a plus but I’d gladly pay more. Perfect option for anyone looking for an alternative to heavy, average pasta dishes.

If you’re in Positano, you HAVE to go here. This place is a nice change from the heavy pasta and seafood that you find at every other restaurant. Casa e Bottega has your fresh produce, salads, and sandwiches, all made with an italian flare. The owner, Tanina Vanacore, is one of the nicest, friendliest people I’ve ever met. She taught us all about her restaurant and told us that she’s partnering up to open a restaurant in Manhattan! I can’t wait to go try that out. All the kitchen staff speaks perfectly good english. 3 out of the 4 of us ordered the Salad Special(not exactly sure what it was called, we just saw someone get it and pointed at it). It has mixed greens, fresh figs, cantaloupe wrapped prosciutto, and mozzarella with oil and balsamic dressing. The mix of sweet and savory was put together to perfection. This was literally the best salad I’ve ever eaten. Ever.

Healthy, delicious, fresh ingredients, tasty all words to describe our amazing breakfast here. We ate poached eggs w spinach, egg and avocado omelet, cappuccino, fresh baked apple pastries, fresh fruit bread and a rustic pie. All were incredibly delicious. This place is small and up away from the main town but worth coming. The women who run it are extremely warm and friendly.

What a lovely spot to enjoy lunch. The décor is very cute and relaxed, and the women working here are so cheerful and kind. The food is also delicious. I had the salmon panini while my wife had the zucchini pasta. Both were delicious. They also make very good & healthy smoothies. This is a must try in Positano!

MUSTMUSTMUST go here. Fresh, innovative, creative. The most delicious salad/ingredients you could ask for, very friendly staff and amazing décor. I am excited that the owner is opening up a restaurant in NYC near me. Do yourself a favor and make sure you eat here multiple times. The owner also owns NEXT2 which is also highly recommended.

The Casa e Bottega was a huge surprise… good surprise. The food was amazing. I had the salad with marinated salmon and I have to say I think it was the best salad that I have ever had. My wife had the vegetarian meal which was also excellent. Portions were large and beautifully presented. I highly recommend it.

So good we went back twice! This place is so charming and the food is great. The salmon panini was exceptional. If you can, try to sit at the bar where you can watch them prepare the food. All of the ladies working there were sweet and very helpful. Definitely the best spot for breakfast or lunch in Positano.

This little café in Positano is a little slice of heaven within heaven itself. The atmosphere is clean, beautiful, pretty, and warm. The food options are delicious and made with so much love. The staff was super friendly and they provide free wi-fi for their patrons. This place is straight out of a movie. Beautiful all around. :)
