Hard to find a place were modern means so much as it does in Palermo — home place of Dolce Gabbana. Giada is a very good modern restaurant with its historic lines in perfect order. Professional in details and personal in the way it treats you through the night. The food is tasteful and served beautifully. The prices are low and this has probably to do with the very many different restaurants and cafes there are in the area. Try Giada when in Palermo. Not far from the Opera House.
