Only agency in Milan Area C who asks the client to pay the entrance taxe in the center... Additional fees taken directly from bank account without warning in agency. I rent a lot in Milan for work purposes, I changed one time to see what this agency is worthing, never again. That's the first time I'm experiencing this kind of treatment as a customer. Please, develop yourself. We're living in a world where respect and honesty should be the first values, especially in this kind of business transaction.

The window at the entrance is very very hot while waiting for customer service but other than that everything was quite swell. They allowed us to drop the car at the airport without any additional fee saving us nearly 60 euro over a taxi car was good as well

Avis Italy doesn’t honor international booking.
I reserved car with Avis From Canada and i costantly updated Avis agent in Milan about my movement andarrival in Milan answeringAvis email confirming my car was waiting for me.
But no car, and no care formy reservation
I lost a full day waiting in Cesare office to be finally suggested to move to Malpena Airport 1 hour travelling far, where no car again.
But a competitor was showing avail cars of course at higher price and with return to same place condition.
Of course Avis never cover my request for extra cost
