I love Quelo! One of the few bars in Florence where you can really feel like home!
Drinks and aperitivos are on the cheap side (try their «centrifughe» — juices, they’re so healthy and tasty); it has good wifi connection. At lunch time it gets busy, so if you want to go there to work on your laptop I recommend to either go in the morning or afternoon. A must-​go in Florence!

QueLo Bar is THAT go-​to bar in which I always find myself at … not in an existential way … but physically, I am always there. Be it for an aperitivo, a coffee, mid-​afternoon snack … Unilocal event, if I went missing, I’d say check this place first. QueLo has the goods to keep you coming back, the drinks are always fantastic. And they make great non-​alcoholic juice drinks as well.. . they go heavy on the ginger, so be warned.
I recommend their chocolate torte if you are in the mood for something sweet. You can’t find a better 5Euro aperitivo buffet in Florence. All of which is vegetarian friendly.
I’d say the most crowded day is on Friday night when they often have an art event going on … it’s hard to find a table on those nights. But I would definitely check it out because it is a great way to meet some interesting locals and indulge on their yummy buffet, that usually consists of a cous cous dish, lentils or other legume salad, salads, mini sandwiches and veggies … I love their spicy salsa.
The ladies at the bar are awesome and will help you out on a drink selection if you can’t make up your mind or if you have some questions about the ingredients in the buffet food, just ask and they’ll explain it all.
Doesn’t get much better than this folks !
